    A random Magic Love Production

    Welcome to Grey's Directory

Grey's Directory is an ever-growing site directory exclusively for websites dedicated to the television series, Grey's Anatomy. This site has been up since June 2005. This is by no means an elite link directory, but please submit sites that will be updated regularly and that you've put a substantial amount of effort into.

Link backs are not necessary, although they are highly appreciated! Afterall, the more hits I get, the more hits you get!

If you need to drop me a line for whatever reason, please feel free to email me at Peachie_K@yahoo.com and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible! Thanks for visiting!

    Grey's Directory Banner Exchange

Also, be sure to check out the new, Grey's Anatomy banner exchange! It's a great way to network your site and get more hits!

    Updates

    Banner/button exchange anyone?

So I was wondering... would you guys be interested in joining if I started a banner/button exchange for Grey's Anatomy sites? It's a great way to get extra exposure and network your site. I've been thinking about it for awhile now and I think it could be a huge success if enough people take part in it.

Would you be interested? What size banner (468x60, 234x60 or 200x40)? Or would you rather have a button exchange (100x35 or 88x31)? I just like banner exchanges better since sites have more space to advertise their sites on their banner than on small buttons and visitors can get a better feel about the sites. What is the most common banner size? Leave a comment or e-mail me, I'd love you hear what you think about this. If I get a substatial amount of replies, I'll definately get that up and running!

Isaiah Washington -- A Terror on the Set?

Isaiah Washington got into it big time with Patrick Dempsey on the set of 'Grey's Anatomy.' Now TMZ has learned that Washington has had other on-set blowups.

A simmering feud between the two actors bubbled over last week, when Washington reportedly got in Dempsey's face, said some "disgusting things," then allegedly pushed "McDreamy" against a wall and choked him. We're told the incident was so intense it shut down production for a short time.

Now TMZ has learned of two other incidents that make Washington sound like "Dr. McNightmare." In the year 2000, Washington was shooting the TV show "Soul Food" for Showtime in Toronto. Washington and an actress, who played his wife, were shooting a scene in which Isaiah was supposed to give the woman a superficial kiss. We're told to the horror of everyone, Washington grabbed the woman and planted a "forceful, aggressive kiss."

The actress became irate, which then infuriated Washington who began screaming at her. At that point the director stepped in to correct Washington, and the actor went off on him. Executive Producer Tracey Edmonds then took over and Washington went off on her.

In 1997 there was yet another incident on the set of the TV show "High Incident." Washington was a guest star on the show, but we're told the gig ended abruptly after the actor had a physical altercation with a crew member. We're told it was serious enough that police were called. [Source]

Things just seem to go from bad to worse for Isaiah...

Looking for someone to regularly contribute news

Hey guys! I know, I've been really busy this year with school and all and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping me by adding news. I get so much e-mail in my inbox it's just overwhelming. I would love it if someone could find up-to-date news to post, add some show commentary or discussions, post information/pictures about the show/cast and crew, that kind of thing. You know... make the updates/news look nice...

If you're interested, I would just require that you know HTML, maybe some basic PHP and know how to use CuteNews. An example of your work would be good. I want someone who is as committed to this site/show as I am, but I will understand if for some reason you can no longer do this, just let me know.

If you get the job, I will see up a CuteNews username for you and you could have access to add news as you please. So, if you're interested, please e-mail me at Peachie_K@yahoo.com.

    Burke getting the boot?

Producers of ABC's #1 show, Grey's Anatomy, are looking to replace the fictional doctor, reports In Touch Weekly.

The cast and crew of the show have been in an uproar after the actor violently threatened co-star Patric "Dr. McDreamy" Dempsey and made homophobic slurs against gay castmate T.R. Knight last week.

Since the incident, In Touch reports that Grey's Anatomy execs have met with three possible replacements: Fast Lane's Bill Bellamy, Soul Food star Boris Kodjoe and former E.R. star Eriq LaSalle.

"Grey's Anatomy is bigger than just one actor," an insider tells the magazine. "It's about the ensemble and Isaiah threatens that chemistry." [Source]

Say it isn't so! I think a lot of it right now is just speculation... but still...

PEOPLE mag exclusive: Grey's Anatomy star T.R. Knight Confirms He's Gay

Grey's Anatomy's T.R. Knight is gay, he has confirmed exclusively to PEOPLE.

"I guess there have been a few questions about my sexuality, and I'd like to quiet any unnecessary rumors that may be out there," Knight tells PEOPLE in a statement. "While I prefer to keep my personal life private, I hope the fact that I'm gay isn't the most interesting part of me."

Knight, 33, plays the unassuming Dr. George O'Malley on the hit ABC drama. A Minneapolis native, he began his career in that city's famed Guthrie Theater.

He has also appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

There is speculation the the recent events involving our beloved McDreamy and Burke have prompted the actor to come out. Whether or not T.R. is the one referred to during the argument, it unclear.

Slur could cost Washington his Grey's gig

Isaiah Washington may soon be out of a job on Grey's Anatomy. Or at the very least, he'll be forced into some sort of sensitivity training and record public service commercials for GLAAD. But you can bet he won't be grand marshal of this month's West Hollywood Halloween Parade.

The TV doctor-with-issues made unwelcome headlines and raised some eyebrows last week when he freaked out over cast members being late on the set at Prospect Studios, and went for the throat of "Dr. McDreamy" Patrick Dempsey. Original reports from spies there said only that Washington called co-star T.R. Knight a "bitch" and said some "disgusting things" to Dempsey.

Now we're finding out just how disgusting and politically incorrect those statements were.

The National Enquirer, which pays people to rat out this kind of stories, has rush-released its scoop in an urgent e-mail update this morning:

"The melee has set off World War III on the show and may cost Isaiah his job," an insider told The ENQUIRER. "The cast is divided over the shameful event."

... A heated discussion quickly escalated to violence when Isaiah snapped, revealed an eyewitness. At one point, Isaiah yelled, "I'm not your little faggot like (name deleted)," according to the source. Those who heard him were stunned.

Because of the extreme nature of the slur, The ENQUIRER is withholding the name of the co-star targeted by Washington." [Source]

I really hope that for his sake and the sake of the show that Isaiah can get it together again.

    Walsh Denies Grey's Anatomy Unrest

Grey's Anatomy star Kate Walsh insists everything is fine on the set of the hit TV show one week after costars Patrick Dempsey and Isaiah Washington got into a fight.
The pair nearly came to blows on Oct. 10 during a spat over shooting issues on the series.

Walsh, who plays Dr. Addison Montgomery-Shepherd on the show, claims it’s back to business as usual on the set.

She explains, "We're all good. They had a squabble. I actually wasn't there that day.

"I can tell you that we were shooting in Seattle just a week ago. All I know is I was there for one scene and there was no one there.

"And then the guys were there, both Isaiah and Patrick, doing their stuff, and there were literally throngs of women, like 300 women, and everybody was going crazy. It's all good."

Walsh is grateful that she wasn't involved in the scuffle, adding jokingly, "I have big peasant hands. Who knows what I'm capable of." [Source]
